When signing up for our "Free web hosting" if you get an error when attempting to create an account, you may need to turn off your firewall to complete the sign up process. We do this to prevent abuse, use of robots, and to prevent spammers from using our servers for their disruptive activities.
If you have any technical problems with your hosting service you can contact tech support by using the integrated support system in your control panel to create a 'support ticket'. We will reply to your question as soon as possible. Be advised that we will be phasing out the support ticket in the near future, and you will only be able to ask questions in the support forums. Once we implement this the support ticket will only give you an automated response telling you to use the Forums for questions and problems.
To give you a more personal and directed response we have recently created our Support Forums. Since we just recently started this you will see few posts at first. This only means that our users have few if any problems with their free hosting. Another purpose to the forums is that we also hope to create a more personal community for our users. Networking is a great way to get your websites off the ground and a great way to generate interest in your website and traffic to your site. Join the forums and you can discuss any topic relating to the internet, not just the occasional problem you may have. We are here to support you with yor website and your internet experience. Since the forums are being run on a different server, you must register first to be able to post a question in the forums, (your Control Panel User details will not work here). You will have to create a new user name and password to access the forums, but you can browse it as a guest and use the "Search" function to locate answers to your questions or problems. In our Forums you can ask any questions you like or create a new topic on whatever you wish to discuss.
In the Forums you can also get some information and assistance or support on web design, programming, installed apps, mysql database setup, php programming, html coding, etc. The Forums are made to cover a larger, broader spectrum of information as opposed to our "Tech Support" which is only for really technical, server related matters.
